Our strengths are innovative solutions for the automation of the glove production process. Therefore our main focus lies on cost intensive productions steps, like the packing of gloves, where we can give our customers strong support to reduce labour cost. We are the right partner if you are looking for significant progress or improvement in this matter.

For many years, we have been well-known as a leading supplier for Surgical Glove Packing Machines and have sold more than 60 units of these machines to customers world-wide. The Surgical Glove Packing Machine, type Ha90.01, produces very small packs, similar in size to manually packed units and is run with two operators only. Packing paper savings (around 15%) and reduced labour costs (around 50% less) in comparison to competitor models speak without any doubt in favour of this machine.

As a further milestone for automation in glove production we have introduced the Examination Glove Packaging Machine EGP-SA. Reason for this invention was that we became aware of the enormous manpower still needed at every glove factory for the packing of examination glove boxes. Our machine EGP-SA realizes the automatic counting, orientation and precise stacking of examination gloves. Now, this machine allows significant reduction of labour costs for the packaging of examination gloves.

In addition we have the technical know-how to build state-of-the-art dipping lines for batch or continuous operation for the Industrial and Medical Gloves area. It goes without saying that our specialists in this field also offer expert advice to our customers.
